Bank Administration Assistant

The role

This is an extremely busy role liaising with patients, Consultants and all hospital departments. We need an individual with a professional approach, excellent verbal communication skills, initiative, the ability to work within a team and adaptable. You must be computer literate - experience with Word and Outlook being essential. Previous use of an Electronic Patient Record system would be an advantage.

**Responsibilities**:
- Liaising with patients by phone, letter & face to face- Scanning & auditing of patient information- Ensuring timely completion of appointments and bookings onto EPR system- Preparation of clinics and theatre lists- Liaising with consultants and their secretaries- Booking outpatient and inpatient appointments- Reception cover

What you will bring with you- Maths/English to GCSE level or equivalent- Proven organisational and communication skills at all levels, both written and oral.- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office including databases-
- Positive, willing attitude- Self-motivated and possess strong organisational, interpersonal and above all customer service skills.
