Preston, United Kingdom Blueco Healthcare Full time

**Introducing Blueco Healthcare**

Blueco Healthcare is a digital provider of remote clinic & pharmacy services. We partner with some of today's most transformative organisations, and together we are designing a healthier future. By seamlessly integrating our clinical expertise with an in-house pharmacy, we make innovative healthcare readily accessible to all.

Our services include Pharmacy Prime () which supplies OTC (GSL, P) medicines for home delivery. In addition to this, we operate a remote clinic and dispensary for underserved conditions - some of which are run in partnership with leading health & care services across the NHS, private pay, and insurance.

Central to our mission is our unwavering dedication to providing compassionate assistance whenever it's needed. We prioritise the human touch, ensuring that a real person is always available to offer guidance, address concerns, and provide support with medications and potential side effects.
- In just over 6 months, Blueco Healthcare has become a leading digital provider of clinic & pharmacy services and trusted partner to some of healthcare’s biggest names. We’re looking for you to join us_

**The role**

We are looking for a dynamic team member who is empathetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional care to join our Service Delivery team which is made up of pharmacists, dispensers, and HCAs.

You will be the first point of contact for inbound enquiries over the phone and via our messaging system (Zendesk CRM) and will primarily:

- Provide advice and support to patients, including recommendations and information on our products and services.
- Provide assistance with order status and deliveries including returned and missing deliveries.
- Assist patients to make changes to orders and deliveries.
- Review orders that have been held and contact patients to resolve queries.
- Support our clinic and pharmacy teams with administrative tasks such as scheduling consultations, signposting to resources, and generating letters.
- Refer queries and discuss issues with the team, pharmacists, and prescribers as needed.
- Record, escalate, and manage complaints about our service.
- Liaise with carriers and suppliers to manage chargebacks, claims, credit notes, missing and damaged items.

**What we expect from you**

You must be highly empathetic and skilled in managing patient expectations, handling stressful and challenging situations in a calm and professional manner, and being sensitive to potential safeguarding issues.

You must be IT-literate and be comfortable doing most of your work on a PC using modern cloud-based tools. We do not expect you to know how to use all the systems we have in place, however you must be willing to embrace new software, and we will support you to get up to speed with them.

You should be able to take ownership over tasks and see them through to successful completion using your own initiative, knowledge, and judgement. You must be able to work at an efficient pace and prioritise your workload. You must have good attention to detail, ensuring that safety and quality standards are maintained.

You must be willing to spend time understanding our policies and processes and, based on issues that customers report and problems you identify, suggest changes and improvements to them. As a young and small team, we are always learning and improving how we do things.
