Morrison Water Services is currently looking to recruit a Customer Service Coordinator to work on our United Utilities contract in the Northwest.

As the Customer Service Coordinator, you will be highly focused to deliver excellent customer service. A key member of the contract team you will support the contract to ensure our Every Customer Counts philosophy is fully embedded.

You will encourage a customer focused culture at all levels ensuring compliance with United Utilities procedures to support the delivery of excellent customer performance. Contact/Visit customers who contact United Utilities with enquiries related to our works. Prepare customer letters and ensure they are delivered to customers within SLA agreements.

You will attend pre-start meetings to ensure all customer needs are identified and carry out Customer Service site audits. You will be required to Identify and visit any vulnerable/priority services/business customers that may be affected by our work. To establish their individual needs with regards to interruptions to supply (temporary supplies/OOH interruptions) access.

You will ensure our WOW Recognition program is encouraged and any positive feedback from customers is captured and recorded. You will assist with continuous customer improvement processes.
