**Morrison Water Services** is currently looking to recruit a Customer Coordinator to work on our United Utilities contract in the Northwest

As the Customer Care Coordinator, you will form part of the team that delivers the Enhanced Metering project for the United Utilities contract. Which delivers world-class health, safety, environment, and a well-being culture, as well as providing leading customer service and satisfaction while delivering exceptional value for money.

**As the Customer Coordinator your duties and responsibilities will be**:

- Encourage customer focus at all levels within Enhanced Metering
- Manage customer contacts from the United Utilities customer team and feedback resolutions where required
- Work to contract KPIs on customer contact timescales and share performance.
- Regular reporting on outstanding actions and KPI’s
- Proactively feedback themes to operations teams.
- Support with bottled water delivery to venerable customers
- Attend Customer complaints to discuss issues raised and route cause.
- Facilitate resolutions
- Supporting the management team
- Coordinate between the Supervisors/operational teams and the customers
- Assist with continuous improvement process
- Build and maintain relationships with client staff.
- Ensure our WOW Recognition program is encouraged and any positive feedback from customers is captured and recorded

**Skills and Knowledge Requirements**:

- Customer service training qualification (desired but not essential)
- Experience within a customer services environment
- Naturally collaborative
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Highly organised
- Good computer skills
