**And what will you be doing?**
But above all you will be in charge of our customer WOW.
Full on the job training is provided within the office environment therefore you must be able to commute daily.
We work shift pattern Monday - Friday (35 hours per week, occasional weekend overtime required)

You will need to be strong communicator with professional telephone manner and can-do attitude. Your proactive approach, drive, resilience and focus on problem solving will be the key to your success.
You need to be customer focused with exceptional attention to detail, be flexible and adaptable to quickly changing priorities and most of all a great team player. The teamwork is what makes us succeed
We are on the lookout for a result driven, self-motivated, confident and outgoing individual to join our small, lively, multi-lingual and collaborative team.
Your adaptability will be coupled with empathy, patience, and ownership of everything you do as you will play a key role in promoting effective relationships with new and existing customers and become their support pillar as we embark together on the post-Brexit journey.
