Customer Service is something we’re passionate about and pride ourselves on to stand out from our competition. We’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic and customer-focused to represent our core deliverables.

**CORE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Liaise with customers and insurance companies over the phone and face to face providing the best customer experience.
- Update the customer on each stage of the repair process and provide them with estimated completion dates.
- Organize the collection and delivery of vehicles. Liaise with drivers to ensure the smooth running of the collections and deliveries.
- Scan invoices and attach them to the repair on the system.
- Make sure all parts received are correct for the job.
- Take excess and retail payments and ensure the figures add up correctly for the day’s takings.
- Be responsible for the site’s banking, credit card payments, cash and cheques and taking to the bank.
- Make sure all job packs are correct and up to date.
- Sign off work ensuring each stage of the repair has been completed.
- Have the ability to learn more areas of the business, e.g: parts admin etc.
