Sales & Customer Service Advisor Role

As a Sales & Customer Service Advisor at JLR Preston Contact Centre, you will be part of a talented team that is passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences. You will handle inbound and outbound telephone calls, quickly identifying customer needs and guiding them towards the right products or services.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Handling telephone calls from existing customers (no cold-calling)
  • Providing high levels of customer service to build relationships and retain business
  • Working collaboratively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer service targets

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of around £25,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including 33 days annual leave, flexible pension scheme, and family-friendly policies.
