Join our dynamic Customer Services Team dedicated to providing exceptional support to both our valued customers and internal operations team. As a Customer Service Specialist, you play a crucial role in fostering strong connections with our customers by swiftly addressing their inquiries, resolving any issues they may encounter, and ensuring a seamless experience with our Operations Team. Your professionalism shines through in every interaction, showcasing our organization in the best possible light. You'll work collaboratively to meet key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring all customer queries are handled promptly within our Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Throughout your journey with us, you'll uphold our core values, contributing to the smooth flow of processes and embodying our commitment to excellence.
**Role Responsibilities**:
- Responsibly manage our Customer Service inbox, ensuring timely responses within our agreed SLAs.
- Offer expert advice and assistance to both internal and external customers over the phone, covering a range of topics from pricing and delivery information to service updates and invoice queries.
- Provide customers with necessary documentation such as certificates and tickets to facilitate their inspections.
- Coordinate the distribution of service certificates as needed.
- Efficiently handle job assignments through customer portals before forwarding them to the Planning Division.
- Process customer requests for changes to their details and update our CRM system accordingly.
- Maintain consistent, accurate data entry practices to support the integrity of our CRM system.
- Assist in onboarding new customers, contributing to our streamlined take-on procedures.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £23,000.00 per year
