Customer Service Administrator

ARCH Finance, have a great opportunity for a part time customer service administrator to join an established Finance team, based in Preston. This is a part time opportunity, working 9.30am - 2.30pm, 5 days a week.
In your role as customer service administrator, you will need to be dedicated and self-motivated, with the ability to work on your own initiative. You will have a real passion for helping a business grow and providing the best customer service Possible, to both internal and external customers. You will need to be driven and have a real desire for customer resolution. You will be joining a great team, with a great culture.

What we're looking for:
- We are looking for an individual who is highly experienced with Microsoft packages such as Word and Excel
- Previous experience of working in a busy, office environment is essential.
- Delivering strong results across a range of important administrative tasks with demonstrable autonomy
- An excellent eye for detail with the ability to use your initiative and follow logic.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work well in a busy office environment and prioritise tasks accordingly.
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
