**Fox Morris Group** are working to recruit a **Customer Service Officer**

**Salary - **£20,000 to £22,000 per annum

**Key Responsibilities**:

- DBS Checks
- Reference chasing
- Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries.
- Managing consultant inboxes and ensuring timely communication.
- Addressing and resolving customer complaints with a customer-centric approach.
- Proactively identifying opportunities to enhance the overall customer experience.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to handle challenging situations with tact and diplomacy.
- Previous experience in customer service roles is a plus.
