Electricity North West is seeking a flexible, full-time Customer Business Support Administrator and the role comes with a salary of up to £36,221.08 plus excellent benefits.

As a Customer Business Support Administrator, you will provide full administrative support to the Customer Management Team, You will collate and produce data that can be shared with the contact centre to drive performance across several different regulatory and business performance measures.

To give you an idea of how this role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do:

- To be responsible for the regular updates on the company internal Intranet of Customer Satisfaction and other regulatory measures.
- Provide administrative support in meeting and travel arrangements, ordering stationery and credit card expenses.
- Provide support to Customer Business Analyst for data insights/ analysis as and when needed
- Responsible for the end-to-end invoicing and payments through SAP for the customer directorate
- Collate and interpret customer feedback from across various systems i.e. Storm and SMS to share with the wider business.
- Co-ordination of customer focus groups and feedback loops.
- Deliver the Customer Satisfaction sample and to take the lead in the absence of the Customer Business Analyst
- Support the Customer Business Analyst in delivering the regulatory reporting
- Take the lead in analysing on the performance of EGS payments.
- Provide back up support for the regulatory audits.
- Responsible for building and department related administration
- A minimum of 4 GCSEs including English Language and Mathematics
- Experience of customer related systems and processes essential
- Excellent communication, prioritisation, analytical skills, and decision making skills
- Experience in vacuolation software Power BI (desirable)
- Have a working knowledge of SAP procurement
