This is a great opportunity to join the team within Cards and Loans, working in Everyday Banking, collaboratively within the UPL Customer Journey & UX Squad.
The role helps to ensure the identified business needs are addressed by the project outputs and facilitates interaction and alignment across stakeholders.
The role will make decisions within the limits of established policies and procedural guidelines.

- Supporting the smooth implementation of new products, services and functions by understanding the impact of change and anticipating risks and issues.
- Considering the potential risks associated with suggestions and recommendations made around business requirements and project solutions, escalating where required.
- Engaging effectively with project team members and stakeholders, in support of robust and successful project outputs.
- Collaborating actively with stakeholders in the team/ squad to achieve positive results.
- Identifying opportunities, using analytics and validates hypothesis and turns ideas into actions for specific products.
**What you’ll bring.**
- Problem solving skills and ability to break down complex problems into manageable pieces and propose a course of action, able to work under pressure or with multiple competing priorities.
- You’ll be passionate about developing a market leading loans business, nurturing & developing our customers, and bringing out the best in the people that you need to work with
**It would also be nice for you to have.**
- No specific project management qualification is required for this role; however an interest in learning and developing in the specialism is required.
- Ability to build rapport with project stakeholders and demonstrate influencing skills.
- A background in product management or marketing.
- Personal first-hand experience of working with customers, within financial services or retail banking.
**What else you need to know.**
Interviews will be conducted face to face preferably.
