This role is a 12-month secondment (maternity cover) on one of our Customer Engagement Squads.

The difference you’ll make.- Creating engaging, accessible content for our customers across multiple 121 channels.- Building an in-depth knowledge and understanding of our customers.- Ensuring your communications support our brand values and deliver against key business goals.- Participating in Agile planning, delivery and optimisation of 121 campaigns aligned to squad priorities.- Managing external agencies to ensure timescales and quality standards are met.- Managing key internal stakeholders through development, approval and timely delivery of your communications.

What you’ll bring.- Excellent organisation and understanding of the end-to-end marketing communications delivery process.- Passion and creativity, with the ability to write compelling copy.

It would also be nice for you to have.- Good understanding of marketing communications channels.- Understanding of the changes in digital technology and how these create opportunities to deliver more effective/streamlined processes.- Educated to a degree level or equivalent.- Good interpersonal skills, able to persuade and influence others, using a range of approaches.

This role is based in Milton Keynes and our current expectation is at least 2 days in an office every week.

How we’ll reward you.

For part-time / contract roles, your salary, bonus (where eligible) and certain benefits will be prorated to reflect your working hours / contract duration.- £500 annual cash allowance to spend on our great range of benefits. We put 8% of salary into your pension, even if you don’t contribute yourself. We’ll pay in up to 12.5% of salary, if you contribute as well, and you can take some of our contribution in cash if you prefer- 27 days’ holiday plus bank holidays, which increases to 28 days after 5yrs service, with the option to purchase up to 5 contractual days per year- Voluntary healthcare benefits at discounted rates.
