We are seeking a talented Business Support Assistant to join our team in Fraud CIO. As a Business Support Assistant, you will be working the whole CIO department, supporting the leadership team and CIO of Fraud in managing the resources, finances and reporting needed for this department.

You will be responsible for supporting a multi-million pound annual budget as well as supporting the 100+ members of staff in the department with the governance, reporting and resource management required to ensure we stay best in class in Fraud.

**The difference you’ll make.**
- Working with the product team to ensure our project data quality is always up to date and accurate
- Liaising with IT governance and other business teams with cost centre moves, line management updates and other IT data processes
- Supporting the Delivery Lead with financial reporting and other budget related activities
- Providing tooling and governance support to the product team, including Mandatory Training, software permissions and JIRA/Confluence management
- Coordinating with People Managers when onboarding new members of staff to the team
- Managing various reporting packs that will be presented as ExCo level to represent Fraud CIO

**What you’ll bring.**
- Some experience in project management or governance role
- Ability to pull reports from a large data set
- Strong people and communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Well organised
- Able to work to tight deadlines

**It would also be nice for you to have.**
- Experience working with agile teams delivering critical/high priority initiatives to the business
- Understanding of project financial management
- Any experience using JIRA and Confluence
- Recruitment and IT governance experience
