Collaborating within an Agile framework to investigate and analyse project requirements, ensuring the right solutions are developed and delivered. Working in a multidisciplinary team composed of diverse people coming from different areas within the bank with the aim to deliver a first in class service to our end customers. Developing and understanding of how to elicit and elaborate requirements and translate these into Features and User Stories with clear acceptance criteria. Facilitating agile ceremonies (e.g., retros, stand-ups, demos). Defining acceptance criteria for users’ stories. Providing technical and functional support to identify production functionalities.What you’ll bring.
Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst, Software Analyst, Software Design Analyst, Business Analyst, Systems Analyst or similar. Demonstrable technical knowledge and understanding of infrastructure and databases.It would also be nice for you to have.
Experience working in an agile environment. Familiarity with public clouds (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Previous experience in the banking industry. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.What else you need to know.
This role offers hybrid working, with an expectation to travel to the Milton Keynes office twice per week.
