**Who will you will be working for**:
My client is a not for profit organisation dedicated to improving the lives of over people with complex needs across the North West. **What will you be doing**:
- Be the person staff turn to for guidance on a wide variety of HR issues such as enacting best practice and how to action internal processes, especially sensitive conversations at a range of levels
- Utilising the HRIS and your data manipulation skills to track a range of employee trends, manage absences and sickness, and develop streamlined procedures for employees returning to work
- Represent the HR function during meetings between different departmental leaders and ensure all leadership staff understand the value of great HR practice and how they can help implement it
- Liaising with the HR administrative staff to ensure all changes to policies and internal processes are effectively communicated across the business
- Reporting to the HR Director on any ad hoc project work and suggesting minor improvements that could benefit the HR service delivery
- Hold a CIPD qualification or have relevant experience of HR advisory
- Ideally you will have at least 2 years exposure to Employee Relations
- A comprehensive understanding of HR and Employment Law legislation
- Strong IT skills and experience using Itrent or similar HRIS
- A desire to positively impact your workforce
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
