We have solo franchisees, franchisees with teams, single territory owners and multi-territory owners. What we look for

  • HR Generalists with CIPD Level 7 and/or senior HR experience.
  • Ability to follow a plan, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Long term vision and commercial mindset.
  • Strong people skills with the ability to build long-term relationships with SMEs.
  • Resilience and willingness to devote time to business growth, particularly in the early stages.
  • Eagerness to embrace the network, group initiatives and community involvement.
