Job Title: HR Director

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced HR Director to join our team at Travel Trade Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our HR function and implementing strategies to improve employee engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  2. Manage employee relations, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
  3. Conduct research on HR best practices and recommend improvements to our HR processes.
  4. Project manage and deliver agreed improvements and initiatives to enhance our HR function.
  5. Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement business strategies that align with our company's goals.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners.
  7. Provide HR guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
  8. Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
  9. Stay up-to-date with changes in employment law and regulations and ensure our HR practices are compliant.
