  3. The Opportunity - We have a range of business types across our network that accommodate for different goals and lifestyles. We have solo franchisees, franchisees with teams, single territory owners and multi-territory owners. We understand success looks different to everyone so, whatever business you wish to grow is down to your drive and ambitions.

What you will get

What we look for

  • HR Generalists with CIPD Level 7 and/or senior HR experience.

  • Resilience and willingness to devote time to business growth, particularly in the early stages.
