Interim Human Resources Business Partner

Medlock Partners is seeking a seasoned HR Business Partner to join their team in Manchester. As a key member of the HR team, you will be responsible for driving the people agenda and providing strategic HR support to the business.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to make a real impact in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will be working closely with stakeholders to develop and implement HR initiatives that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide HR generalist support to the business, including employee relations, recruitment, and benefits administration.
  2. Develop and implement HR strategies to drive business results and improve employee engagement.
  3. Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement organizational change initiatives.
  4. Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
  5. Manage employee relations issues, including grievances and disciplinary procedures.
  6. Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  1. CIPD qualified or equivalent.
  2. Strong generalist HR experience at both operational and strategic levels.
  3. Experience working in HR at business partner level is essential.
  4. Strong influencing and relationship-building skills.
  5. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and a passion for data.
  6. Ability to travel to other UK sites as required.
