**PURPOSE OF THE ROLE**

The Customer Service Coordinator is an integral member of the customer service team working primarily with the commercial sales and operational teams to support our customers and end users.

**RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES**
- Keep the customer informed if the delivery date cannot be met because:

- There is a price discrepancy on their order that needs to be resolved.
- If there will be a delay supplying a product.
- Their account is currently on hold.
- Record any pricing variances in the system as per the process and inform the customer so it can be resolved in a timely manner.
- Deal with all customer queries, requests and issues promptly, escalate and ask for help if necessary.
- Build product knowledge across all brands of the business.
- Following the processes and maintain any applicable files, databases etc.
- Build a strong relationship with the commercial and operational teams.
- Support the warehouse with any order queries.
- Assist with any other general office duties.
- Assist with Amazon order processing.

**EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR THE ROLE**

1. Excellent customer service skills.

2. Able to talk with customers and end users and build a good relationship.

3. Attention to detail.

4. Good team player.

5. Good time management.

6. Computer literate (Microsoft Outlook and Excel).

**Salary**: Up to £25,000.00 per year
