About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work with our dedicated organisation, Shared Lives, which offers an alternative to traditional care settings. You will work closely with our Project Leads and Project Managers to provide operational support to the setup of Rutland's Shared Lives project.
Key Responsibilities- Support the development of proposed structures and processes for the Shared Lives project
- Work with the care and support team to ensure the smooth delivery of services
- Collaborate with local authority social care processes to ensure effective service delivery
- Provide administrative support to the care and support team
- Experience working within a regulated care provider or commissioning authority
- Knowledge of and commitment to person-centered approaches to care and support
- Knowledge of legislation, policy, and practice relevant to services for adults with care and support needs
- Qualification in Health or Social Care to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
