As our new Sales & Customer Services Support Coordinator your main responsibilities will be:

- to provide Sales & Customer Service support to the Commercial team, in respect of provision of support in the areas of sales and customer service administration, ensuring the corporate key goals are met by the team.
- required to liaise across various departments, working with different stakeholders to co-ordinate and channel actions to deliver results.
- to support the wider Commercial Sales team and Supply Chain Coordinator, in support of sales production planning and co-ordination to ensure sales orders are completed and delivered in an efficient manner.

**Key Accountabilities/Role & Main Responsibilities**

You will undertake the following activities:

- Sales/Business specific office duties and administration such as sales order processing, invoicing, delivery notes, reporting and responding to customer enquiries
- Export Order Processing and Export Documentation
- Assist with performance analysis of market and sales data
- Prepare Sales Data for presentations.
- Integration with wider sales team in supporting role.
- Assist with Sales Production Planning
- Interpret instructions and issues arising and then implement actions according to administrative/procedures.
- Provide Sales and Customer Service support to customers and key stakeholders.

The above list highlights key activities however this is not an exhaustive list and there will be a lot of flexibility required to ensure the key goal of customer satisfaction is maintained by the need to keep the sales office operation running at peak efficiency and support of general administrative activities.

**Essential Skills and Experience for Overall Role**:

- In addition, an understanding of the manufacturing environment and associate dispatch deadlines and challenges would be highly beneficial.
- Experience in both sales order processing and export of goods from the UK
- Excellent communication skills and an unflappable nature
- High level of exxperience of sales administration experience in a fast-moving sales production environment ideally dealing within an engineering manufacturing industry
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, concentrating on Microsoft Excel in particular.
- SAP system experience
- Self-motivated and pro-active
- Excellent telephone manner
- Customer-focus driven
- Initiative to work alone but also as part of a wider team
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to complete tasks in a time efficient manner
- Experience of processing Export orders and all documentation requirements including knowledge of INCOTERMS
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in engineering manufacturing environment

**Salary and Benefits**:

- Attractive salary upto £28k per annum (dependant on previous experience)
- Annual bonus scheme
