- 4190_1683203737- We are working an exciting and growing company within the fashion industry who are looking for an excellent Head of European Sales

This role would be to help support the growth of their high-profile brands both in the UK and in International markets. You will be managing and developing wholesale distribution for key accounts, multibrand retailers, as well as managing Agents and Distributors across Europe.

You will be driven and a strong communicator with proven success of growing key accounts across fashion and apparel.

For this role you can be based anywhere in the UK or Europe and it offers a competitive salary.

**Main responsibilities will include**:

- Manage and developing wholesale distribution for key accounts, multibrand retailers, as well as managing Agents and Distributors across Europe.
- Working alongside the MD and SD to build the business across Europe and Grow profits.
- Managing sales and License across Europe.
- Range building and design selection across Men's ladies and Kids wear in underwear / socks / sleepwear.
- Opening Key accounts across Europe, indies, on-line, multiples retail groups, department stores.
- Building seasonal and yearly sales budgets and implementing growth strategy in each region through analysis of order history, sell through and planned growth strategy.
- Working with off price partners opportunities to manage excess inventory.
- Onboarding new business and negotiation of terms and commercials - Partnership and Wholesale.

**Person Specifications**:

- Excellent team leader with strong communication, negotiation skills.
- Ability to Travel overseas and organise travel accordingly.
- A proven track record of developing and driving business, in Accessories, underwear and sleepwear and through bringing on new accounts.
- Strong commercial business acumen and excellent negotiation skills.Extensive knowledge of the fashion industry in the Accessories, Nightwear and underwear Mens & Women's.
- Be a strong leader who can manage and develop a Sales Team.
