Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Head of Sales to drive our sales efforts globally. This role is crucial in shaping the sales strategy and ensuring XYB achieves its growth targets. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in core banking systems, a strong sales leadership background, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth in the financial technology sector

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales plan to consistently exceed revenue targets for XYB’s core banking platform

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and positioning XYB's solutions as the preferred choice.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and technology leaders

  • Master XYB’s coreless banking platform, effectively communicating its unique benefits to prospective clients

  • Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to contract closure, ensuring a seamless client experience and keeping the CRM up to date

  • Partner with product, marketing, and customer support teams to meet customer needs and drive product improvements

  • Regularly update senior management on sales activities, pipeline health, and revenue forecasts

Our Requirements:

  • 8+ years in sales, specializing in core banking platforms or financial technology solutions

  • Deep understanding of core banking systems, digital banking transformation, and the financial services sector

  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market

  • Excellent at conveying complex technical solutions to diverse audiences, both technical and non-technical

  • Skilled in networking and maintaining strong, lasting client and partner relationships

  • Preferably UK-based, with the flexibility to travel as needed
