Job Title: Managing Director, EMEA Head of Specialist Product Solutions, Global Payments Solutions

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our Specialist Product Solutions team in EMEA. As the EMEA Head of Sales and Business Development, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding our client base, and developing strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Management: Lead a team of 20+ sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Business Development: Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth, expand our client base, and increase market share.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, region heads, markets, and risk, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive growth.
