Exciting Leadership Opportunity with BMS Tech Sales

About the Role:
- As the Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing sales team, driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
- You will be responsible for coaching and developing your team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- You will attend meetings with prospects and customers to support and develop your team members, as well as monitor and manage activity levels for each salesperson.
- You will create and manage salesperson territory plans, drive initiatives to achieve individual and team targets, and lead weekly sales meetings with your team.
- You will also be responsible for supporting the recruitment and hiring process, and ensuring that your team is equipped to meet the needs of our clients.
- Compensation: Up to £60k base salary, £120k OTE, plus car allowance.
About the Candidate:
- You will have experience leading a technology sales team, with a strong track record of success in new business wins.
- You will have strong sales skills, with the ability to sell complex solutions to senior management.
- You will have knowledge of the engineering and manufacturing industries, as well as a minimum of 5 years' sales experience.
- You will be able to work independently, with access to our office 3 days a week.
