Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Sales and Marketing to join our team at Gro. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing plans to achieve business objectives
  • Lead and manage a team of sales and marketing professionals to deliver results
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of sales and marketing strategies
  • Manage and optimize sales and marketing budgets to ensure a strong ROI
  • Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity to inform sales and marketing strategies

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of senior marketing experience with a track record of exceeding targets
  • Proven leadership ability with a track record of inspiring teams and driving high performance
  • Experience in the food and beverage, retail, or leisure sectors with multi-site operational experience
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with key stakeholders
