Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Leadership: Own and deliver all plans and strategies to achieve sales goals, while crafting and executing bold, data-driven marketing initiatives.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with brand, food, and operations teams to ensure all strategies are aligned and executed flawlessly.
- Sales & Marketing Calendar: Build and execute the full-year sales and marketing calendar, including new openings, sales-driving tactics, and promotional offers.
- Data-Driven Insights: Prepare detailed market analyses to identify growth opportunities and inform decision-making at the executive level.
- Sales Optimisation: Drive strategies that optimise promotions, discounts, and reservation systems, especially during off-peak times.
- Team Leadership: Inspire, guide, and develop a high-performing sales and marketing team. Provide mentorship and foster professional growth across all levels.
- Regular Reporting: Present marketing activity and performance updates to senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment across the business.
- Industry Leadership: Stay ahead of market trends by networking at industry events and conducting comprehensive market research.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of senior marketing experience with a track record of exceeding targets.
- Proven leadership ability, capable of inspiring teams and driving a culture of high performance.
- Ideal experience in the food & beverage, retail, or leisure sectors with multi-site operational experience.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with key stakeholders.
