Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of Sales to lead our Central Government and public sector sales efforts. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the central government and public sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and profit targets
  • Lead a team of public sector sales specialists and account managers to drive sales growth and exceed expectations
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand existing accounts and drive sustainable growth
  • Collaborate with fellow sales managers, marketing, and delivery teams to deliver a seamless and exceptional customer experience
  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with customers and partners

Requirements:

  • Proven experience selling services in the central government, ideally within the IT solutions and services domain
  • Experience of managing and developing high-performing sales teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and achieving impressive results
  • Strong understanding of the government and associated public sector landscape, its challenges, and its evolving opportunities
