Atrium Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of the client for an Office Administrator.

**Duties**:

- Maintain and update office records and files
- Assist with data entry and record keeping
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Provide support to other team members as needed

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar role
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as phone etiquette, typing, data entry, and record keeping
- Familiarity with Google Suite and other computerized office systems
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of clerical procedures and office management practices

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
