- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring they feel welcome and attended to
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating appointments
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
- Perform general clerical duties, such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Assist with organizing and maintaining office files and records

**Skills**:

- Proficient in using Microsoft programs such as Word, and Excel.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong computer skills, including the ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred
- Knowledge of basic administrative procedures and practices
- Familiarity with data entry processes and accuracy in maintaining records
- Strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using QuickBooks or similar accounting software is mandatory.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
