**Accounts Administration**
- To provide an efficient Accounts support service to staff and managers to a high standard (with an emphasis on detail), and within agreed timescales
- Factory staff timesheet analysis
- Purchase ledger management
- Sub-contractors management
- Team time recording
- Expenses
- Update costing spreadsheets with stock allocation costs.
- Work with the financial controller to improve and update systems as necessary
- Carry out other duties appropriate to the level and character of the post.
- To maintain confidentiality at all times and ensure that letters or forms do not breach data protection legislation.

**Office Administration**
- Reporting and document management
- Undertake Sales administration
- Meet and greet client and visitors (offering and making refreshments / laying out lunches)
- Administration Support for Directors
- Arrange travel and accommodation for staff
- Support with project related administration
- Responsible for answering the office phone
- Assist with ad hoc administration projects

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£27,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
