Dyno, Norfolk and Suffolk are the leading Plumbing & drainage services company in East Anglia, providing a 24 hour service to our clients since 1974.
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, driven individual who is a good communicator to join our team based out of our office in Rackheath, Norwich.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- As a Office Administrator, you will be the first point-of-contact for all telephone enquiries.
- You will provide a high-quality service to our customers, handling inbound & outbound calls and undertaking a range of processing tasks.
- You will be responsible for digital and admin-based tasks and for booking jobs onto our Microsoft CRM planning system.
- When required, you will take ownership of customer problems, solving them at first point-of
- contact and then escalating when required.
- You will be responsible for liaising with our dispatch team and assisting with the coordination of a team of field-based service engineers to ensure work is correctly allocated to them and completed within the required timescales.
- You may also assist engineers with any daily operational challenges to ensure they are able to complete their jobs successfully.
- In addition you will undertake a variety of administration duties to allow the daily operations to run smoothly.
- You will handle customer data ethically and with discretion.

**Salary**: £20,000.00 - 24,000.00 per annum dependent on experience. Salary is negotiable with opportunities for overtime and progression.
To be considered for this role you will be required to meet security screening checks to BS7858 standards including 5-year employment & residence check, DBS, financial history.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00 hours plus the requirement to be included on our weekend working roster, in addition to basic salary.
