Job Title: Clinical Administration Assistant

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clinical Administration Assistant to join our medical administration team at Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our medical consultants and their wider teams, ensuring the smooth delivery of clinical services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support to named medical colleagues, including booking clinics and appointments, planning meetings, and arranging travel arrangements.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of administrative tasks, including typing letters, memorandums, summaries, and reports.
- Organize venues, accommodation, and agendas for meetings.
- Utilize IT systems and data management, including MS Office, to maintain accurate records and reports.

Requirements:

- Strong administrative skills, with experience in providing support to medical teams.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
