Job Title: Admin and Data Officer

As an experienced Admin and Data Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting our team at Brook Street in Norwich. Your primary responsibilities will include inputting data onto the system, taking inbound and outbound calls, preparing papers, and performing general administration duties.

Estimated Salary: £26,500 - £32,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Location: Fully office-based in Norwich

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Ensuring the accurate and timely input of data onto the system.
  2. Providing exceptional customer service through effective communication and call handling.
  3. Preparing high-quality papers, reports, and documents as required.
  4. Maintaining up-to-date records, ensuring efficient information management.
  5. Supporting the team with general administration duties, including event organization and room bookings.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in administration, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft platforms, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Able to prioritize tasks effectively, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
