The CV-Library Executive Support Officer will provide administrative support to the Executive team, handling tasks such as email management, meeting arrangements, and calendar organization.

  • Arrange meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items.
  • Prepare materials for meetings, including reports, agendas, and presentations.
  • Proactively manage diaries and priorities, anticipating issues and managing stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Skilled at producing meeting minutes and drafting/editing written documents and correspondence independently.
  • Exceptional IT skills.
  • Able to prioritize an executive's time, anticipate needs, and anticipate issues.
