Administrative Support Professional

The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to the Commercial Property Team, ensuring a seamless and efficient service to fee earners and teams within the firm.

  • Deliver high-quality document creation services, including copy typing, manuscript amendments, and producing new versions.
  • Accurately type from dictation and provide professional telephone answering services.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage administrative tasks, such as scanning, printing, storage of deeds, and photocopying.
  • Make appointments on behalf of the Solicitor and book conference rooms as required.
Requirements:
  • A strong work ethic and effective communication skills.
  • Good IT literacy and confidence in learning about and using systems and software.
Working Arrangements:

This is a full-time opportunity, requiring collaboration as part of a dynamic team.

Estimated Salary:

£38,000 per annum, depending on experience.
