Private Client Administrative Assistant Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced administrative assistant to join our private client team at Austin Fraser. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.

Responsibilities will include managing diaries, preparing documents, maintaining accurate records, and providing general administrative support to our lawyers and clients. You will also be required to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, both verbally and in writing.

We offer a competitive salary of £26,000 - £31,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including paid annual leave and professional development opportunities.
