We are looking for a highly organized and detail-focused Administrative Support Professional to support our financial planning team at Service Service Employment Agency Limited.
About the Job:
- Support financial planners in creating client valuation reports and review packages.
- Process and manage post-review documentation and correspondence.
- Respond to client and provider inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure accurate and compliant financial transactions and record-keeping.
- Maintain accurate client data and records.
- Interpret and disseminate information from providers and fund managers to financial planners.
- Coordinate the distribution of letters of authority and correspondence to clients, partners, and third parties.
- Create meeting packets for new clients.
- Carry out various administrative tasks as assigned.
What We Offer:
- Salary: £27,000 - £32,000 per annum.
- Holidays: 28 days, including closure between Christmas and New Year.
- Death in service benefit: 4 times annual salary.
- Pension scheme with employee and employer contributions.

- Bonus scheme tied to company performance, payable after probationary period.
