Facilities Support Officer

Job Summary
The Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital is seeking a skilled Facilities Support Officer to join their Estates and Facilities Team. This exciting opportunity will involve the smooth running of the main administration office and ensuring compliance with systems, procedures, and documentation from external parties.
As a Facilities Support Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, liaising with various departments and external organisations, and developing and updating the Facilities Intranet web pages.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide an efficient administration support service to the Facilities Department.
- Carry out various administration duties, including liaising with various Trust departments and external organisations.
- Support the Refurbishment Programme Manager when required, both physically and throughout the organisation, and facilitate department moves.
- Provide essential cover for the Trust's logistics van driver during periods of absence.
- Provide back-up support for all areas within the Facilities Department, including covering for the Travel Office.
Person Specification
Essential
- Previous clerical, administrative, and computer experience.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
