Job Title: Facilities Support Officer

The Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital is seeking a highly skilled and organized Facilities Support Officer to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Facilities Department, ensuring the smooth operation of the main administration office, and maintaining accurate records.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Facilities Department, including maintenance of records and liaison with various departments and external organizations.
  • Develop and update the Facilities Intranet web pages to ensure information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Offer backup support to other areas within the Estates and Facilities department as required.

  • This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and organized individual to join the Estates and Facilities Team.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with systems, procedures, and documentation from external parties.

Person Specification:

  • Previous clerical, administrative, and computer experience.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
  • Recognized administrative experience and NVQ III in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
