About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Facilities Support Officer to join our Estates and Facilities Team at the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, liaising with various departments and external organizations, and providing administrative support to the Facilities Department.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Facilities Department, including maintaining accurate records and liaising with various departments and external organizations.
- Develop and update the Facilities Intranet web pages.
- Provide backup support for other areas within the Estates and Facilities Department.
- Support the Refurbishment Programme Manager as required, both physically and throughout the organization.
- Provide essential cover for the Trust's logistics van driver during periods of absence.
Person Specification
Essential
- Previous clerical, administrative, and computer experience.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
- Recognized administrative experience.
- NVQ III in Business Administration or equivalent.

- Customer care skills.
