Job Summary

The Facilities Management Team at Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital is seeking a skilled Facilities Support Officer to provide administrative support and ensure compliance with systems, procedures, and documentation from external parties.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, liaising with various departments and external organisations, and developing and updating the Facilities Intranet web pages.

Additionally, the candidate will provide backup support where appropriate for other areas within Estates and Facilities, and support the Refurbishment Programme Manager as required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records and liaise with various departments and external organisations
  • Develop and update the Facilities Intranet web pages
  • Provide backup support for other areas within Estates and Facilities
  • Support the Refurbishment Programme Manager as required

Requirements

  • Previous clerical, administrative, and computer experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office packages
  • Recognised administrative experience
  • NVQ III in Business Administration or equivalent
