Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Kier Group. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our construction team, including data entry, document management, and preparing files for meetings and projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately transfer data into systems and databases
- Assist with the management of office consumables and updating notice boards
- Work with the scheduling team leader to ensure bookings for jobs and training are up to date
Requirements:
We are looking for an individual with excellent communication and IT skills, as well as good organization and ability to work on own initiative and prioritize workloads. If you have experience working within an administrative role and are eager to support our construction team, we encourage you to apply.
