Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Kier Group in Norwich. As an integral part of our Integrated Operational Solutions (IOS) team, you will provide administrative support to our construction team, ensuring the smooth operation of our projects.
Key responsibilities include:
- Updating documentation and archiving files
- Providing support to the IOS team, including assisting with inductions
- Managing office consumables and updating notice boards
- Working with the scheduling team leader to ensure bookings for jobs and training are up to date
Requirements:
- Experience working in an administrative role
- Excellent communication and IT skills
- Good organisation and ability to work on own initiative
