Logistics Administrator

Join Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited, a leading recruitment agency, in our Snetterton office as a Logistics Administrator. This is a permanent position with a competitive salary of £25,000 per annum.
Key Responsibilities:- Control and manage the SAP POD Monitor process to ensure accurate and timely delivery of goods.
- Monitor, investigate, and report on picking and delivery shortages to ensure efficient supply chain operations.
- Create Stock Transfer Orders (STOs) for depot stock transfer to enable picking and distribution processes.
- Manage purchase orders and control fleet insurance processes to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Monitor and control fuel and toll processes to optimize costs and reduce waste.
- Submit and receive claims for VOR costs to ensure accurate reimbursement.
- Must be able to drive as there is no direct bus route to the office.
- On-site working only.
- Start immediately.
- Holiday accrual.
- Work for an established company.
- Based in Snetterton.
