Job Title: Logistics Administrator

Join Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited, a leading recruitment agency, in our Snetterton office as a Logistics Administrator. This is a permanent position with a competitive salary of £25,000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Control and manage the SAP POD Monitor process to ensure accurate and timely delivery of goods.
  • Monitor, investigate, and report on picking and delivery shortages to ensure efficient supply chain operations.
  • Create Stock Transfer Orders (STOs) for depot stock transfer to enable picking and distribution processes.
  • Manage purchase orders and control fleet insurance processes to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Monitor and control fuel and toll processes to optimize costs and reduce waste.
  • Submit and receive claims for VOR costs to ensure accurate reimbursement.
Requirements:
  • Must be able to drive as there is no direct bus route to the office.
  • On-site working only.
  • Start immediately.
  • Holiday accrual.
  • Work for an established company.
  • Based in Snetterton.
