**Office Support Administrator**

Hours of work: Monday - Friday, 08.00 - 17.00. (1 day per week will be 09.00 - 12.30pm)

Annual Salary: £11.50 per hour

Scoots Hire Limited is a scooter hire company based in Yaxham, near Dereham. We are situated on local bus routes.

Due to an increase in trade, our small, fun (and a little crazy) administration team is looking to recruit a full-time, experienced office support administrator. Due to the diversity of the office structure, we can offer a varied position which will involve the following fields:
Basic Accountancy

Business Administration

Customer Service

The role within the administration team covers the following areas where FULL training in our systems will be provided:

- Basic accountancy and credit control
- Taking payments via our third-party payment portals
- Reporting
- Problem solving
- Processing of data
- Answering and making calls
- Responding to customer enquiries
- Dealing with complaints
- Handling insurance processing
- General administrative duties and small project work

Proven skills in Microsoft Office packages such as Word & Excel are essential, although an advance knowledge is not required. In addition, you will use Teams. You will also be trained in our accounting software, Xero.

You will have proven experience of working within an office environment. You will have good skills in English and Maths and have achieved a minimum of GCSE grade 5 (GCSE grade C), (or equivalent) in these areas. Additionally, a confident phone manner is essential.
