Are you experienced within Administration? Seeking a new role? Look no further

Our client based in Norwich, as Administrator, is seeking a full time administrator to join their growing team

You will be supporting internal and external offices as per organisational needs.

You will be self-motivated and well presented with a strong desire to provide an efficient, effective and responsive
reception service reporting directly to the HR Manager.

You will have experience working with varying leadership levels, be able to demonstrate a wide range of general office responsibilities and high IT proficiency.

This role requires high attention to detail, accuracy, the ability to manage multiple tasks of varying importance and work to deadlines. You will be confident on the phone and able to remain calm under pressure.

The work itself covers the whole range of tasks and will involve working with staff, suppliers, clients, etc.

With a primary focus to support the function of the business, some of the principal duties are as follows, but not limited to:

- Providing an efficient and effective administration service for Commercial, Production and HR.
- Answering internal and external telephone calls.
- Greeting guests and dealing with them accordingly.
- Collating and calculating weekly timesheets.
- Manage diaries, organise meetings and take minutes.
- Organising and booking various ad-hoc commitments.
- Liaise with internal and external individuals.
- Updating existing/creating spreadsheets.
- Ensuring all paperwork and data is accurate and effectively stored in line with data protection and for clear access.
- Additional support to cover annual leave when required.
