Our Norwich branch is looking for an Administrator to join the Service and Maintenance team to provide a full range of admin support.
**Main responsibilities**:
Answering and dealing with incoming telephone calls effectively.
Liaise with customers and arrange for engineer site visits to be completed on time.
Plan jobs and delegate to engineers, ensuring they have the information necessary to be able to deliver an excellent service to customers.
Provide maintenance quotations to new clients following installation of new equipment.
Be responsible for the renewal of maintenance contracts.
Production and administration of invoices.
Chase quotes.
Compiling and Updating F-Gas database records and asset lists.
**CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS**:
Experienced administrator in a busy, reactive working environment.
Proficient in CRM systems and databases.
Ability to deliver excellent Customer service.
Good Time Management skills with the ability to prioritise and react to changing customer needs in a calm and effective manner.
